Delivery

Our order cut-off for same-day dispatch for in stock items is 2:00pm Monday-Friday. Orders after this time will be processed the following day.

Our free delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 for order values of £50.01+, and most often arrive the next postal day. You can choose DPD for an additional fee.

Camera accessories, such as security boxes and locks, are dispatched Royal Mail 2nd Class when order value is below £50.01. You can choose to upgrade the delivery service at checkout.

Ltl Acorn cameras are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. This usually arrives in 1-2 days (most often the next postal day).

Our next working day delivery service is DPD Next Day for the majority of items, or Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Deliveries for this service are Monday-Friday, and you must order before midday for orders to be delivered the next delivery day. If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us before placing your order.

Bulk orders (usually 5 or more items) may take longer to dispatch based on the items in the order and the overall amounts.

Our international delivery service for both within and outside the EU are FedEx or DHL depending on size/weight.

 

Returns

Please get in touch first via our contact page if you are not happy with your order within 14 days of receipt. We will provide the returns information, including a returns number which must be used and the correct returns address. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

You must take reasonable care of goods ordered while in your possession and return them in their original condition as purchased (with packaging).

If you are returning because you have changed your mind about your purchase the item must not have been used and must be in all original packaging. That includes any straps, cables etc. We cannot accept returns if the item has been used and is no longer in its original condition (with the exception of faulty items; see below).

We can only refund the full amount of the item/items purchased, not the delivery cost. We will only refund the postage cost if the return is a result of error on our behalf, otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you have decided you do not want to go ahead with your order or if you want to change an item for another. If your order has already been picked and packed by the warehouse, we cannot cancel the order and stop dispatch.

 

Faulty Items

You must contact us before posting any items. There may be quick fixes and solutions that do not require you to send back the camera, and we will also require information such as the device’s serial number.

Before doing anything, try replacing the batteries. 90% of issues with camera traps are down to low, bad or flat batteries.

Once we confirm the item needs to be returned to us, we will provide a returns number and the correct returns address. When we have the item we can process your refund, repair or replacement, depending on the time since you purchased the camera.

Unlike retailers like Amazon and eBay, we deal with any faulty units solely in the UK. We will never ask you to send them overseas. You can return directly to us or to our suppliers.

 

We do not accept any liability for returns that do not reach us so please ensure you have proof of delivery (not just proof of posting).
