If you’d like to make a purchase from the NatureSpy shop, there are three ways you can pay:
1. Credit/Debit Card
Most customers choose to pay via credit/debit card. We accept payment from all major debit and credit card providers.
All our card transactions are processed over an encrypted connection and SSL certificates via Handepay, our payment merchants. Everything is completely secured – look for the padlock in your address bar. If you’d prefer to pay over the phone, just give us a call.
2. Invoice Payment
Choose this option if you’re a business or organisation and need an invoice before you can make payment. After you place your order, we’ll email you an invoice with full order and payment details.
3. Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)
We also accept payment via direct bank transfer into our bank account. If you’d prefer this option, it means you need to make the payment via your bank account by entering our bank account details (presented when you choose this option in the checkout).
If you are ordering on behalf of a company or organisation, we are happy to provide an invoice for your order before it is placed. Please get in touch to arrange this.
If you are ordering in bulk (generally more than 5-10 cameras), we may be able to offer discounts on certain items. Again, please get in touch to discuss further.
Payments are usually received within 2 hours and we will email you and process your order as soon as payment is received.
You still have exactly the same rights and protection – if you wish to cancel or change your order, just let us know as soon as possible.
